    Andreä: Samuel Traugott A., Dichter, geb. 1763 in Littauen, studirte in Dorpat Theologie, wurde Erzieher in Riga, später Prediger und Superintendent in Narva, wo er am 27. Oct. 1823 starb. Von ihm kam ein nach Wieland's und Alxinger's Muster gebildetes romantisch-episches Gedicht in zwölf Gesängen heraus: „Rino und Jeannette, oder der Goldene Rosenzweig“ (Riga 1793 bis 94). 2 Bde.
