Biography
B. wurde 1911 Professor an der TH Breslau, baute das Geophysikalische Observatorium Breslau-Krietern auf und widmete sich im Kriege der Konstruktion eines Flugzeug-Geschwindigkeitsmessers auf hydrodynamischer Grundlage, der in den deutschen und österreichischen Flugzeugen allgemein Anwendung fand.
