    Amorsfordia: Henricus de A., aus Westfalen, gehörte dem Hause der Brüder des gemeinschaftlichen Lebens in Deventer an, Schüler von Synthis, besonders als Lehrer der griechischen Sprache gerühmt, † 1504. Joh. Butzbach, durch dessen „Auctarium“ (abgedr. in Zeitschr. des Berg. Gesch. V. VII. S. 243 f.) wir seine Lebensverhältnisse kennen, führt von seinen Schriften u. a. ein „Vocabularium grecum“ und eine Prelectio in secundam partem Alexandri (Galli) an.
