    Schneller: Moritz Sch. (zu Danzig), geboren am 31. Januar 1834 in Heinrichswalde (Ostpreußen), studirte in Königsberg, Wien und Berlin, promovirte 1854 in Königsberg und ließ sich 1855 als Augenarzt in Danzig nieder, gründete 1858 und leitete eine private Heilanstalt bis zu seinem am 9. November 1896 erfolgten Ableben. Die Publikationen von Sch. betreffen hauptsächlich kasuistische Beobachtungen und sind zum Theil in der unten angeführten Quelle zusammengestellt.
