Biography

Schellhorn: Andreas S., katholischer Theologe, geboren zu Stadt Volkach im Würzburgischen am 12. April 1761, † zu Höchstadt a. d. Aisch im J. 1819. Nach im Seminar zu Würzburg erhaltener Ausbildung wurde er 1785 Priester, daselbst 1791 Gymnasialprofessor, 1800 Pfarrer zu Höchstadt und 1804 auch Schulinspector. Außer mehreren Gelegenheitsschriften veröffentlichte er „Leitfaden zur Verwaltung des Pfarramts in seinen Dienstverhältnissen gegen den Staat im Königreich Baiern“ u. s. w. Erlangen 1811, 2. Aufl. in 2 Thln. 1813, 2 Nachträge 1815.
