Biography
Samhaber: Alexander S., Theolog, geb. im J. 1720 zu Gerolzhofen in der Diöcese Würzburg, Augustiner-Eremit, Lector des Kanonischen Rechts in Mainz, Provinzial seiner Ordensprovinz. Im J. 1768 war er noch thätig, wann er gestorben, ist nicht bekannt. „Diss. de nexu inter theologiam et ius canonicum“. Mainz 1754. — „Amicabile foedus inter theologiam et ius canonicum“, ib. 1761, 4. — „Tract. de iudice causarum matrimonialium adversus Launoyum“, ib. 1757, 4.
