    Burchard: Laurentius B., hat 1644 die große astronomische Uhr in der Marienkirche zu Rostock, jedenfalls nach dem Muster der Lübecker, verfertigt. Er nennt sich der Stadt Rostock Uhr-Macher. Die Beschreibung der Uhr siehe im Rost. Etwas 1747 S. 55 f.
