    Büchel: Konrad B., Jurist, geboren zu Fulda am 30. November 1800, studirte zuerst Theologie, später Rechtswissenschaft in Marburg, promovirte dortselbst mit der besten Note 1828, ebenda Privatdocent, außerord. Prof. 1838, ord. Prof. 1843, vom Lehramte zurückgetreten 1870, † am 14. März 1875. — Er war wesentlich Romanist, und zwar ein solider Vertreter der historischen Schule in ihrer dogmatischen Richtung; seine litterarische Hauptleistung bilden seine „Civilrechtlichen Erörterungen“, d. s. gesammelte Aufsätze über verschiedenerlei Materien, erschienen in 1. Aufl. Marburg 1832—1839, in 2. Aufl. ebenda 1847.
