Biography
Krisper: Crescentius K., dem Franciscanerorden angehörig, geb. zu Graz 1679, blühte in der ersten Hälfte des 18. Jahrhunderts und war einer der tüchtigsten scholastisch gebildeten Theologen seines Ordens. Er wurde im J. 1729 zum Definitor generalis, 1730 zum Commissarius generalis der Familia cismontana des Ordens gewählt, was er bis 1732 verblieb. Er starb. 70 Jahre alt, zu Wien 1749 im dortigen Franciscanerconvente. Schriften: „Nubila Jansenismi et Quesnellianismi luce dogmatico-scholastica dispulsa“ (Augsburg 1726). — „Theologia scholae scotisticae" (1728; 4 Voll.). — „Philosophia scholae scotistioae“ (1735). — „Theologia textualis Scoti“ (1738).
