Biography
Honold: Jakob H., geb. zu Langenau bei Ulm den 7. August 1599, † zu Ulm den 17. Mai 1664 als Prediger am Münster und Professor der Theologie. Er studirte in Straßburg von 1619 bis 1625. Nach Ulm zurückgekehrt, hielt er dort eine Rede in hebräischer Sprache: „De hierarchiis angelicis“. Auch später, wo er Professor der Logik und der Metaphysik war, hielt er gern Reden in hebräischer Sprache. (Weyermann.)
