    Seit dem 15. Jahrhundert in Sala/Comersee nachweisbares patrizisches Handelsgeschlecht, das auf Grund mehrerer Ehen mit den Salice im 17. Jahrhundert den Namen Salice dictus C. annahm. Mehrere Zweige der Familie wanderten nach Österreich aus. So wurde Johannes (1673–1732) Kaufmann in Troppau und Teschen, seine Tochter Barbara Maria heiratete den Maler →Domenico Quaglio (1723-um 1765, siehe ThB).
