    Im 18./19. Jahrhundert in Dresden ansässige Familie. Zu ihr gehören unter anderem: →Karl Christoph (1725–68), sächsischer Hofkommissar, Kauf- und Handelsmann in Dresden und Warschau, →Karl Christian (1763–1837), Professor der Rechte in Wittenberg, dann Oberkonsistorialrat und Geheimer Kabinettsrat in Dresden (siehe ADB 16), →Karl (1802–66), Wirklicher Geheimer Rat, Direktor im sächsischen Innenministerium, →Volkmar (1812–89), Oberhofprediger und Vizepräsident des evangelisch-lutherischen Landeskonsistoriums in Dresden, →Volkmar (1874–1938), Professor der Chemie in Bern (siehe Pogg. IV-VI), und Hans Wolfgang (* 1902), Professor der Chemie in Darmstadt.
