    Zu der Familie gehört u. a. Gustav, der 1863 in Moskau eine Maschinenfabrik gründete. Adolph errichtete die erste Zuckerfabrik in Rußland und machte sich um den Zuckerrübenanbau verdient. Dessen Sohn →Adolph (* 1861) gründete mit →Constantin Fahlberg in Salbke-Westerhüsen b. Magdeburg eine Chemiefabrik zur Produktion von Saccharin (s. Rhdb., P).
