    Einert: Christian Gottlob E., Rechtsgelehrter, geb. 29. März 1747 zu Dresden, starb 27. April 1823 in Leipzig. In Leipzig, wo er seit 1763 studirte, wurde er 1768 Magister der Philosophie, 1770 Advocat, 1771 Doctor der Rechte, 1779 Püttmann's Substitut bei der Juristenfacultät, in die er 1796 als wirklicher Assessor eintrat. Seit 1778 Mitglied des Rathscollegiums, ward er 1794 Stadtrichter, 1798 Syndicus, 1801 Proconsul, 1802 dritter Bürgermeister und Beisitzer des Schöffenstuhls mit den Charakter Hofrath. 1803—8 war er ordentlicher Beisitzer des Consistoriums. Seine Schriften bestehen in akademischen Disputationen. Von einem seiner Zuhörer die „Anleitung zur Referir- und Decretirkunst“, 1793, nach seinen Vorlesungen herausgegeben.
