    Anschütz: Joh. Christoph A., geb. 11. Dec. 1745 zu Wiedersbach im Hennebergischen, studirte zu Koburg und Leipzig, wurde Pastor zu Bärenstein, dann 1781 zu Liebenau und endlich 1795 zu Stolpen in Sachsen, wo er 21. Juni 1814 starb. Er dichtete 26 Kirchenlieder, meist in reiner und fließender Sprache, herausg. unter dem Titel: „Geistliche Lieder nach bekannten Melodien“, 1788. Seine sonstigen theolog. Schriften verzeichnet Meusel im G. T.
