Aus Aarau stammen: →Johann Georg (1774–1850), Baumwollfabrikant, →Guido (1869–1925), Ingenieur für Kanal- und Wasserbau (bes. Kraftwerke am Oberrhein), →Elise (1860–1935), Blumen- u. Früchtemalerin (s. ThB), →Hans (1878–1941), Professor der sozialen Medizin in Basel (s. Fischer), →Hans (1874–1942), Gründer der aargau. Zementindustrie, und die Maler →Robert (1876–1951), Gerold (* 1894) und Werner (* 1894).
