Biography
A., als Schüler des Leipziger Konservatoriums, Organist an der französischen Kirche in Hanau, auch Komponist, setzte die akustischen Versuche seines Vaters fort. Er beschäftigte sich besonders mit Schwingungszahlen-Bestimmungen sehr hoher Töne auf optischem Wege, konstruierte feine akustische Apparate und ersann ein neues Glockenprofil mit rechteckigem Metallstab in Kreisform als Tonerzeuger und darüber einer halbkugeligen Haube als Tonverstärker.
