Direktor der Badischen Landessiedlung ; An das Abitur und eine landwirtschaftliche Lehre schloß K. das Studium an der Landwirtschaftlichen Hochschule Hohenheim an ; wo er 1923 das DiplomExamen ablegte. Nach vorübergehender Tätigkeit als Landwirtschaftslehrer in Schopfheim promovierte er in Hohenheim und war als Assisent am Institut für landwirtschaftliche Betriebslehre in Hohenheim tätig. Von 1937 bis 1967 leitete er die Badische Landessiedlung.
