  • Biography

    Patrizisches Ratsgeschlecht in Dinkelsbühl, hier führend an der Reformation beteiligt. Melchior (Reichsadel 1556, 1518-89), Dr. iur., war als pfalz-neuburgischer Kanzler um einen Ausgleich der religiösen Gegensätze bemüht, dann Reichskammergerichts-Assessor. Sein Bruder Walther (Reichsadel 1579, 1531-95). Dr. iur., war Geheimer Rat und Kanzler in Neuburg.
