Biographical Presentation
A. stellte um 1230 aus antiken und frühmittelalterlichen Schriften eine unselbständige Enzyklopädie in lateinischer Sprache zusammen (Handschrift in Erfurt, Amplon. Oct. 77, saec. 14), die moralische und naturwissenschaftliche Themen in fünf Abteilungen bespricht. →Albertus Magnus, →Bartholomäus Anglicus und Vincentius von Beauvais haben später seine Arbeit gründlich benutzt, wobei ihn aber nur der letztere als Quelle nannte.
